Although I must say that these Team Lemonade Pro Compression socks are pretty fabulous!
I am talking about the three legs that I will be running at Hood to Coast this weekend! As Runner #3 for Nuun‘s Team Lemonade, I will be tackling these runs:
Leg #3: Hello downhill. The goal is to not go out too hard and rock steady. Cool. Okay, moving on…
Rating: Easy / Mileage: 3.93
Leg #15: This will be my longest leg and it also happens to be in the middle of the night. I’m more freaked out about this run than spending several days in a van with strangers 😉 I’m a weenie and I know it. Please keep your fingers crossed for me as you are sound asleep in your beds!
Rating: Hard / Miles: 7.25
Leg #27: The final push includes some rolling hill on paved rural country roads. Sounds similar to West Point. Game on ’til the end.
Rating: Medium / Miles 5.79
Well that about wraps up my Hood to Coast legs with Team Lemonade!
