Ragnar SoCal 2014: Runner #1 Legs

Yup, it’s almost time for Ragnar SoCal 2014!  Running this relay with Team Tough Chik has been in the works for a while and it is hard to believe that it is GO TIME!

Here’s a look at my legs for Van #1 – Runner #1:

Leg #1 (5.9 Miles/Hard – Huntington Beach)

Ragnar SoCal 2014 Legs

Leg #13 ( 11.9 Miles/Very Hard – San Onofre State Beach)

Ragnar SoCal 2014 Legs

Leg #25 (8.10 Miles/Very Hard – South Ponto State beach)

Ragnar SoCal 2014 Legs

Total:  25.9 Beachy Miles

No doubt, this is going to be a very challenging race for me.  This is a whole lot of miles without a heck of a lot of recovery in between.  I will definitely earn the title of Tough Chik after I finish these three legs!

Be sure to follow Team Tough Chik’s journey from Huntington Beach to San Diego by following me on Instagram, FaceBook, and Twitter!  You can also search the hashtags #TTCRagnar14, #ToughChik, and #RAGNARSOCAL.

If you are running Ragnar SoCal, I would love to hear from you!  Hope to see you on the course 🙂

Have so much fun! Looks like most of your runs are right along the ocean so hopefully that will distract you from the miles :). Take millions of pictures so I can live through you while I sit at work on Friday!!

  2. So many good lucks and have FUN!!

  4. Have a great time! We're putting together our team for this year's Napa Valley race (mainly from our last years team) and we're SO excited! We need to do SoCal one year
