When I am in the midst of marathon training or building mileage, I can never believe the amount of work out clothes I go through on a weekly basis. After dealing with injuries this fall, I am slowly building up my mileage again. And, now that the winter months are upon us, I find myself layering with tanks, long sleeves, jackets, compression shorts and even pants to stay warm as I am logging my miles. So with more miles and more layers, that means one thing… MORE LAUNDRY. It’s just one of the unfortunate byproducts of working out!
Thanks to my partnership with Fit Approach, I’m testing out WIN Detergent for my laundry needs. I have to say that I am really happy with the results after testing out both products on our workout clothes and even on my husband’s military uniforms. The regular version has a light, refreshing scent that does a fantastic job of eliminating odors in tech gear and smelly uniforms. And, my sensitive nose really likes the green version since it is fragrance free. Plus, the green formula is not only perfect for folks with sensitive noses but it is hypoallergenic and designed for users with sensitive skin too.
Bonuses for me are that both versions of WIN Detergents are made in the USA, with a bottle made from 25% post consumer recycled plastics. WIN is septic safe, phosphate free, and can be used in high-efficiency washers. WIN does not do any animal testing.
Sound good to you?

Weekend long runs!
Running is the primary way I work up a good sweat, but throw in some Spin Cycle and T25 and it’s a funk fest in the laundry basket.
