I can’t believe it is mid-October!  Where does time go these days? Work consumed most of September since I had a few major events.  So, when October rolled around, it was a natural step back from weekend work and add more play!  Although, I will fully admit that I am so exhausted by all the travel. First up, California!  We traveled to Newport Beach for a wedding.  Cora was the ever adorable flower girl!  And, since we were so close {Read More}

This post is sponsored by Burley as part of their #MothersOfNature program. As a Burley #MothersOfNature Ambassador, I received free products from Burley.  All opinions are my own.  Hair blowing in the wind as I peddled around my childhood neighborhood giggling with my best girlfriends.  The warm breeze against my face as I collected seashells along the shores of Long Island Sound.  Picking wildflowers and weaving them into braided hair during regular weekend camping adventures in upstate New York.  Skinned knees {Read More}

Friday Five: Spring Break 2016 Edition

New Year + Holiday Ramblings

Happy New Year!  I fell off the face of the planet.  Well, that is a bit of an exaggeration but if you are a blogger, not posting for a month is practically disappearing into the night in the blogging world.   Yet, if you follow me on other social media platforms, you probably knew that I didn’t really disappear for good.  I just tend to have a difficult time keeping this particular piece of social media up to date with {Read More}

Part II: 2015 Ragnar Vegas with Team Nuun

Ahhh, so where were we…. Yes, 2015 Ragnar Vegas with Team Nuun.  As I mentioned in my last blog post, thanks to the time change coming from the East coast, I woke up at 4:30am the morning of Ragnar Vegas.  This is not good when you have an overnight relay ahead of you!  I embraced it and since my roommates were in Van 1, I went downstairs with them to grab some breakfast and say hello/goodbye to Van 1 before they {Read More}
