A little over a month ago, I received the opportunity to test out a Hoo-rag. What the heck is a Hoo-rag you might ask? Good thing I’m here to tell you, huh? Well, it is a seamless cotton-polyester blended micro-fiber, light weight, moisture wicking bandana. Although, I think it is much cooler than your average bandana.

| Hoo-rag Neck Gaiter! |
The great thing about the Hoo-rag is that you can literally wear it any way you want… facemask, ponytail holder, gaiter, head band, beanie — you name it! Personally, as the weather got pretty chilly in December and January, I used the Hoo-rag primarily as a neck gaiter and balaclava. It worked like a charm. And for those days when I warmed up a bit, it was very easy to take off and wrap around my wrist. Don’t tell anyone, but once I heated up, I ended up using it as a snot rag on more than one occasion. Talk about versatile!

So with that being said, I think that the Hoo-rag is something that everyone can wear. Perfect for bicyclists that want a little something between their hair and their helmets, runners in need a neck gaiter or lightweight balaclava, or for every day use out in the elements.
At first I thought it was not going to be useful but I could not have been more wrong. Honestly, you can probably pick any sport/activity and find a use for it. It quickly became a part of my must have outdoor gear.
Have you ever heard of or used a Hoo-rag? What’s your favorite new item out there?

Note: I received the Hoo-rag free of charge in exchange for a product review. All opinions are my own and I was not required to give a positive review of the item.

As soon as I saw it on your wrist my first thought was "best snot rag ever" and then it was 🙂
