I can’t believe that I ran Ragnar SoCal a few weeks ago. Seriously, where does time go?! After heading to beautiful California for a long weekend, it was really hard for me to come home and get back in the swing of work and life! I think the lack of sleep from the weekend and the travel/time change is really what did me in! But, now that I am back and getting my life organized, I’m finally ready to sit down and start telling you about my Ragnar adventure.
To start off, as some of you may know, packing for a relay is always a challenge. Due to space restrainsts and living overnight in a van, you want to pack minimally. Yet, on the otherhand, you want to be prepared and smell as wonderful as possible so that your vanmates still like you at the end of the race. So, with that in mind, I wanted to offer you my guide for Ragnar packing.
Here is my relay packing list and a few tidbits of advice!
Let me know what advice you have for Ragnar packing. What is the one item you can’t live without for a relay? What is one item that you think is overrated and not so necessary?

Oh, so TRUE! After my night leg, I scarfed down a ton of peanut butter pretzels!
I'm trying to make Ragnar Napa Valley work. I NEED another one bad! And, we should def. try and figure out another relay we can run together. Kind of thinking I want one closer to home. Wanna come east coast?!
